Onwards and upwards!

Friends of Trent Vale Trail are excited to publish the tender for the final part of the trail extending the current end of the trail at Green Lane Girton to South Clifton. We are keen for contractors with experience of unbound surface paths to submit a bid for the final 1400 metre section of the trail through Spalford and South Clifton. The contract will be to the upgrade the surfaces of existing rights of way from uneven ground to an even unbound surface using recycled materials. The expectation is for work to start from April 2024 and to be completed as soon as possible. The tender deadline has ben extended to 6 March 2024.
