Requests made after this period may still be considered where appropriate, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Gift Aid
If Gift Aid has been claimed on a donation that is later refunded, Trent Vale Trail will notify HM Revenue & Customs and adjust the claim accordingly.

Payment Security
Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Trent Vale Trail does not store full payment card details.
