Our volunteers are currently working on compiling some cycle rides around the area of the Trent Vale Trail for your enjoyment.
Route 1 : Newark to Fledborough circular
A long ride through the peaceful villages to the North of Newark incorporating sections of Sustrans National Cycle routes 64 and 647 including two off road sections. Suitable for all cycles.

Route 2 : Newark to Collingham circular
A medium length ride through the peaceful villages of Winthorpe, Holme and Collingham to the North East of Newark. Incorporating sections of Sustrans National Cycle Route 64 and including several off road sections. Suitable for all cycles but with some rough stretches on the off road sections.

Route 3 : North and South Clifton circular
A gentle ride through the villages of South and North Clifton. Due to a short (half mile) muddy bridleway section this route is only suitable for Hybrids and Mountain Bikes.

Route 4 : North Scarle circular
A pleasant ride through the peaceful villages of North Scarle, Spalford, Girton, Besthorpe and South Scarle to the North East of Newark. The route incorporates a section of Sustrans National Cycle Route 64 and three short stretches of the A1133. Suitable for all cycles.
